NOOSA®, founded in 2019, is a textile company striving to eliminate fossil fuels from the textile industry by developing innovative solutions. Our 100% bio-based PLA fiber is fully recyclable and designed to create a sustainable circular economy within the textile sector. With a product range spanning spun yarn, multifilament and fabrics we are committed to sustainability. By collaborating with textile industry stakeholders, we aim to drive meaningful change towards a more sustainable future.
Your Mission
You will join the Sales team and own commercial development, working directly with brands and textile mills. You will be the day-to-day commercial contact between brands (our customers) and mills (our partners), pushing the adoption of NOOSA® PLA yarn and fabric – from first contact to repeat orders, building long-term and value-driven relationships and guide them through their transition to circularity.
Responsibilities include prospection, managing the sales process, developing strong client networks, maintaining customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. You also coordinate marketing actions (fairs, samples…).
- Own the Product 360°: Manage the full lifecycle of NOOSA™ products—from yarn spinner to garment manufacturer. You’ll coordinate product development, technical trials, and ensure alignment with customer sustainability goals.
- Drive Sales & Growth: Identify high-potential leads, pitch NOOSA’s value proposition, and convert them into long-term partners. You’ll manage complex sales cycles and build tailored business cases to support adoption.
- Lead Customer Success: Guide customers through prototyping, labeling, and production. You’ll be their go-to expert, ensuring a smooth transition to circular practices.
- Manage& Grow our Partner Network: Support and sign new textile mills, agents and distributors to develop our network and spread our products.
- Shape the Brand: Monitor and Implement branding and communication guidelines to our partners that reflect NOOSA’s values and product strengths.
- Strategize & Execute: Lead strategic meetings, analyze data, and test new initiatives. You’ll have full ownership of your roadmap and the freedom to innovate.
The role requires a unique combination of organizational skills and process architecting to build things from the ground up and get stuff done.

- Commercially driven – you enjoy reaching out, following up, and closing. You are not afraid of the phone or of pushing for reorders.
- Hands-on and organised – comfortable juggling samples, shipments, customer follow-ups and fair logistics in parallel.
- Strong communicator – able to talk to a designer, a product developer and a mill technician in the same day.
- Adaptable and resilient – you put yourself in the shoes of very different customers, from a workwear group to a niche fashion designer.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM tools. Experience with Odoo/Hubspot is a plus.
- Fluent in English and ideally one additional language (Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, German or Turkish are a plus).
- Open to travel (customer visits, trade fairs). Driving licence required.
3 Nice to have
